Valentine's Expectations

So yesterday I had very high expectations about Valentine's Day. Like every girl I thought that it would be a wonderful romantic day with roses and candy. Unfortunately it wasn't that way for me. My husband decide to treat it as any other normal day. I didn't get any flowers or candy. I didn't even get a card this year. I was very upset about this, but why should I have been upset? My husband shows me every day how much he loves me, and he does it without flowers and candy.

I just think sometimes we put too many expectations on this one certain day. A man should met our expectation every day not just one day, and if they don't reach our expectation on this one day we shouldn't be angry.
